Meeting Types

Chapter Meetings

  • Open to all

  • 60-minutes, most months on 2nd Thursday, 12-1 PM, mostly in-person at 193 Polk Ave in Nashville

  • May become paid for non-members in the future

Example: On October 9, 2025, we met in-person in Nashville from 12-1 PM to hear a major update regarding new incentives from TVA.

Board Assembly Meetings

  • Open to Members only, but open to all Members

  • 90-minutes, quarterly, in evenings, in-person

  • For longer-term planning of chapter operations / meetings, and formal elections

  • Not recorded but minutes / attendance available upon request

Example: On the evening of November 20th, 2025, the first Board Assembly meeting was held over dinner with members of the board and several chapter members.

Board Update Meetings

  • Open only to Chapter Board of Directors

  • For short-term planning, chapter logistics, etc.

  • 8:00 - 8:30 AM, every other week, in mornings, virtually (subject to change)

Example: The Board meets every over Tuesday morning to discuss upcoming chapter speakers and event logistics.
